Our private coaching consists of a 12-week commitment to yourself and to meeting once a week. Here, we will discuss your current story, and how you'd like to rewrite what's already been written, inviting you to put into practice the things you want to change, and align with who you want to be a person and a parent. You'll gain invaluable knowledge, insight, and acquire new tools to use for writing your life story. 

Private coaching requires that you do weekly homework that immerses you into the process and helps you practice using the tools at your disposal. Private coaching also gives you the opportunity to have your questions and intentions discussed in-depth and allows more individualized growth once the program is completed.

Private coaching: $1800

Group coaching is a great way to get support from not only your coach, but from other like- minded people as well, perhaps even building life-long connections with those peers.

Group coaching is a 12 week commitment, meeting once a week. Group size varies from 5-12 people, meaning that you'll be sharing time and space for questions, intentions, and anything else that comes up on the journey. 

Group Coaching: $625

Observe and Invite is an approach that gives you an unbiased birds-eye view of your interactions as a family. We watch snippets of interactions each week and I give insight to what I see and ways that might improve and invite connection with you and your children. 

This program is an add-on for the coaching programs to facilitate deeper connection and insight for change.

Child-chat has been a fun and interesting way to add depth and insight into the parenting journey. We take time to chat with your kiddos about how they perceive your relationship, and ways that would help them feel more seen and connected to you. This add-on is particularly invaluable, as it truly opens up several ways to deepen the connection for you and your child. This add-on is more suited for ages 4+. 

Child Chat: $250

We love capturing our family adventures on video. Our collection of family videos dates back to the birth of our first child and includes some of our most memorable moments. We believe that these videos are a great way to relive our adventures and share them with others.
